Rep. Lifferth only elected official in North West Utah County to vote against Tax Break for Facebook

Rep. Lifferth was the only elected official in North West Utah County to vote against Tax Break for Facebook.

The $300 Million tax break for Facebook passed by large margins in the Utah State House and Senate and a smaller $100 Million tax break was approved by the Utah State Board of Education. In the end, Facebook chose to build their data center in New Mexico which had given even larger incentives to Facebook which is one of the biggest companies in the world.
