Eric Peterson, a reporter from the Salt Lake City Weekly newspaper, has been asking me questions that he is getting from anonymous sources. These are questions that come up from time to time by politically motivated people. Each time that these questions are raised I take the time to answer them in plain and simple terms. I will continue to do so each time these issues are raised.
At the same time, I plan to address these and many other issues during the upcoming campaign season. I… Continue
I hinted at this in a comment to another post. I have now got permission to post a teaser that there will be a major announcement next week.
Even though this is the result of a team effort and a full court press by everyone involved, I need to recognize Eric Cieslak's role in this upcoming announcement. And there is no doubt Mayor Jackson deserves ample credit also for her hard work.
Next Tuesday, June 2nd, we will again get a chance to vote to join the Utah Lake Commission. I will be presenting the agenda item and Reed Price, the Executive Director of the Utah Lake Commission will be present to answer any questions that you may have of him.
A lot of things have happened since the council voted (2-3) not to join the Utah Lake commission last year. Now the Utah Lake Commission is well established and has… Continue

Map of Mr. Johnson's property from the SLTrib article
Anyone in the vicinity of Pony Express Parkway and Cochise Way and Ranches Parkway in Eagle Mountain should go to this location and look up and look around Mr. Johnson's land. Do you notice one or more interesting features of Mr. Johnson's land?
Do any of these features make you wonder why this property ended up in a tax sale?
Can you imagine why anyone in their right mind… Continue

So, as I alluded to in the forum, and a few of you on the hill, I have been dying to find the elusive trails that lie in the hills above Eagle Mountain. I have driven the Jeep all over the place looking for ladders, bridges, drops, and jumps that would be… Continue
Photos of Dave at Lehi's first round victory over Skyline
As the "Official Team Photographer" I am usually the one taking the photos at the Lehi Soccer games. However, the professional photographer of the game must have thought that I was important enough to take a photo of. Maybe it was the snazzy Real Madrid jersey that I was wearing.…
With major road repair work coming to Eagle Mountain, I suggested that it looks like we have a our own little "stimulous package" going on. All of these projects are from our own capitcal facility plans that we have collected impact fees for over the years, so none of these projects are "Obama Bucks."
These projects were just funded and will begin ASAP:
Appaloosa Way (Friday's Station) Rotomill and Overlay
Eagle Mountain Boulevard Slurry Seal
